After reading the story about Richard Branson I believe that while it is pretty evident that he is a good manager because he has proven to be able to run several successful businesses, but what I gathered most is that he is definitely a leader. Richard Branson in my opinion proves that he is a great leader. First off Richard is definitely an innovator. He proves this time and time again, going back to the launching of Student to the various businesses within the Virgin brand. Richard Branson also sticks out to me as a leader because he does just what a leader does and that is originate and develop. It is clear that he definitely done both with through the several entities he has started, grown and ensured improvement over the years.
